- Lead strategic engineering bids and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
- Manage capability development across engineering and technical disciplines.
- Drive governance, quality compliance and SQEP competence.
- Represent Assystem in joint ventures and integrated client teams.
- Shape pursuit strategies and oversee programme delivery outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Support project compliance.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven engineering leadership in nuclear.
- Track record in engineering project and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to lead teams in complex, regulated environments.
- Degree-qualified in engineering (or equivalent).
- Experienced in performance management and people development.
- Comfortable working in consortia and JV settings.
Desired Skills
- ✔️ Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and risk/change control.
- ✔️ Major bid or pursuit leadership experience.
- ✔️ Understanding of Owners/Architect Engineer services.
