Engineering Graduate
Launch Your Engineering Career in Advanced Manufacturing
£30,000 basic + shift allowance (c£40,000 total package) + excellent bens.
Shift work – Weds to Sat, 6am – 3pm (37hr week)
We're looking for a bright, ambitious Engineering or Chemistry graduate who wants to apply their technical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.
This is an opportunity to join a highly specialised engineering environment where you'll develop expertise in advanced materials, manufacturing processes, process improvement, and product development. Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you'll play a key role in supporting production, solving complex technical problems, and helping shape future manufacturing technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the manufacture of technically advanced products within a highly regulated environment.
- Investigating process issues and identifying practical engineering solutions.
- Analysing manufacturing data to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Working on process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
- Developing expertise in materials, manufacturing methods, and production technologies.
- Collaborating with engineers, production teams, and technical specialists across the business.
- Producing technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Supporting research and development activities for future products and processes.
- Contributing to safety, quality, and compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related STEM discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, and technology.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Placement year, internship, laboratory, or manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement techniques.
- Experience analysing data and producing technical reports.
