The Role

As the Engineering Sector Lead, you will oversee all engineering support for multiple high-profile projects, ensuring adherence to processes and standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing engineering teams
  • Maintaining quality assurance
  • Providing technical guidance
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives

You will also collaborate with clients, contractors, and external bodies to promote best practices and innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, with extensive knowledge of construction and design processes.
  • An accredited degree in an engineering discipline, ideally with Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
  • Expert understanding of contract conditions, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Substantial experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrable capability in promoting innovation and sustainable engineering practices.
