Engineering Manager
Onsite in Witney, Oxfordshire

Are you an experienced engineering leader who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects?
We're looking for an ambitious Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering team and play a pivotal role in transforming a high-performance manufacturing business. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, champion engineering excellence and build the systems, processes and culture needed to support the next phase of growth.
You'll be responsible for driving engineering programmes from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, resources are effectively managed and teams remain focused on work that adds real business value.
This role is ideal for a commercially aware engineering professional who combines strong technical understanding with outstanding leadership, planning and programme management skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing Engineering and Quality team
- Managing multiple engineering and product development projects from customer brief through to production release
- Creating structured project planning, governance and reporting processes
- Driving collaboration across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Operations
- Developing resource plans that maximise efficiency and delivery performance
- Supporting supplier development and technical engagement with UK and international partners
- Championing continuous improvement, operational excellence and scalable engineering processes
- Establishing data-driven KPIs and performance measures to improve predictability and delivery
