BASIC SALARY: up to £60,000

As Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable and ready to deliver excellent service every day.

You'll lead a skilled team of Engineers, Electricians and body repair specialists, providing direction, support and motivation while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and vehicle performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing all vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections and repairs
- Driving exceptional engineering standards and vehicle reliability
- Ensuring full compliance with DVSA and O:Licence requirements
- Working towards and maintaining outstanding MOT performance
- Planning shifts and on-call arrangements
- Managing engineering budgets and resources effectively
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Engineering Manager, Depot Manager : Commercial Vehicle, Engineering
You'll be a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for getting the best from your team. If you're an experienced engineering professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining high standards, this could be for you.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- A minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification (or equivalent City and Guilds qualifications)
- A full driving licence
- Experience leading engineering or maintenance teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with buses or coaches (desirable)
- A PCV licence, or the willingness and ability to obtain one
