This is a unique opportunity to partner with a leading product development consultancy specialising in the medical and scientific sectors—now seeking a Medical Sector Manager.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee medical product development projects as both Technical and Commercial Lead.
- Develop proposals, pitch to clients, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Drivers of innovation – Deliver solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Key Requirements
✔ 1st or Upper 2nd-class degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or design engineering. ✔ 10+ years’ industry experience, with a focus on medical device development. ✔ Hands-on experience within ISO 13485-compliant environments. ✔ Proven expertise in high-volume manufacturing, particularly epoxy loan injection moulded plastics (non-orthopaedic). ✔ Track record managing end-to-end projects, covering scope, budget, timescales, and delivery. ✔ Ability to thrive in a client-facing consultancy, balancing commercial and technical priorities.
