As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building a world-class engineering function. Here, technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything. You'll:

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent
- Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
- Drive technical excellence and engineering best practices
- Own the technical health, reliability, and maintainability of critical customer-facing systems
- Partner with Staff and Principal Engineers on architecture and technical strategy
- Collaborate with Product Managers to balance delivery, customer value, and technical debt
- Champion Agile ways of working and data-driven engineering improvements
- Drive adoption of AI-augmented engineering practices and developer tooling
- Ensure engineering practices align with governance, security, and risk requirements
Requirements
You’ll bring proven experience leading:
- High-performing software engineering teams in modern technology organisations
- A strong software engineering background
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience guiding:
- Architecture
- Scalability
- Maintainability
- Reliability
