£80,000 - £85,000 + 6.5k Car + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an Engineering Manager with experience working in automated warehousing?
Do you have a background in projects, maintenance, and reliability engineering?
We're looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and experience leading engineering teams within automated warehousing, intralogistics, material handling, FMCG, or similarly automated manufacturing environments.
You'll be comfortable managing contractors, overseeing complex engineering projects, and implementing robust maintenance strategies that maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.

You’ll be joining a business going through significant growth, in an autonomous and technically diverse role based just outside of Bristol. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you'll oversee maintenance planning and reliability while leading the engineering delivery of both greenfield and brownfield projects across the site.

- Engineering Manager
- £80,000 - £85,000 + 6.5k Car + Bonus + Benefits
- Greenfield & Brownfield project delivery
- Overseeing maintenance planning and reliability engineering
- Days: Monday to Friday
Person:
- Engineering Manager
- Experience working in an automated warehouse or similar environments
- Proven project delivery experience
- Experience setting up and running maintenance schedules
