About The Role You will lead our Domain Platform Engineering and AI team in London. This team acts as the backbone for our data consumers across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product. Your mission is to rebuild an enterprise data platform that supports a decentralized data model. This work ensures our colleagues have the trustable data and models they need to make great decisions for our customers.
You will manage a growing team of engineers across the UK and the Netherlands. As we move from simplifying legacy systems into a phase of consolidation and growth, your leadership will be vital. You will help us create hyper-personalised experiences and make joy unforgettable for millions of people.
How You Embrace Curiosity Daily
Lead the technical shaping and delivery of all Data and AI platform initiatives. Define the AI platform strategy to help the whole business adopt machine learning. Oversee technical discoveries and encourage innovation across the technology organization. Set and monitor engineering metrics like DORA and delivery KPIs to find ways to improve. Build out capabilities that make it easier for other teams to use our new data platform. Explore and implement agentic AI tools to automate workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

What You Bring To The Team
Proven experience building and leading multiple high performance platform engineering teams. Background in creating data and AI platforms as a product using agile methods. Deep technical knowledge from a previous career as a senior platform or data engineer. Ability to lead cross functional teams through change in fast paced environments. Strong communication skills that make complex technical topics easy for anyone to understand. Experience navigating a complex enterprise landscape with many competing priorities.
