About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities.

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Money Management Team’s mission is to build Stripe's business account, called Stripe Treasury. Our product offers everything from storage, FX, payouts, yield, lending, card issuing, and much more to Stripe's users. Although we've launched our product in the US, UK and AU, we are just getting started, and working towards offering this product to users all over the world.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a leader who has a strong background in building successful products, a passion for leading engineers to solve challenging problems while developing empathetic partnerships with other Stripe teams to understand their use-cases, unlock new capabilities and innovate. At the same time, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to be hands-on building key systems, and will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale technical efforts as well as acting as a technical mentor and leader for Stripe engineers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
