Senior Engineering Manager
Location: London, UK (Remote-First)
Salary: Up to £180,000 + 15% Bonus + Equity
About the Company
I'm partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies. With around 500 employees, unicorn status, and profitability already achieved, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth, with plans to hire more than 200 people this year.
The company is building advanced AI products used globally, with engineering at the centre of its success. The culture is built around technical excellence, ownership, innovation, and giving engineering leaders the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and help scale both the technology and the organisation.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has already operated at Senior Manager level and has experience leading through other leaders. You'll be responsible for developing Engineering Managers, driving engineering strategy, improving execution, and building the culture and processes needed for teams to scale effectively.
Working closely with Engineering leadership, Product, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams, you'll influence technical direction and help deliver highly scalable, reliable platforms that support the company's continued growth.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
