Engineering Product Manager - Audio Software
Music Technology / Audio AI
Remote working from anywhere
This is a key role for an Engineering Product Manager to join a music software company working on one of the most exciting and popular music production tools on the market. It's a great time to join them as they continue to grow, and establish themselves as one of the most innovative software tools for music producers and songwriters.
You'll be responsible for managing a mixed team of engineers (web, frontend, backend) and leading them in the development of new products and features, with a strong emphasis on communication between R&D and the wider business, connecting research with real world product design.

You need to have a strong, hands-on software engineering background, a detailed understanding of music production and audio workflow tools, and a great track record delivering innovative software to creative users.
Experience leading engineering and product teams in a quickly growing company is a plus.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on background in audio or music software development
- Track record delivering commercially successful software tools in a lead role
- Experience working with C++, JUCE, JavaScript and Python
- Detailed understanding of audio processing
- Successful technical leadership and product management experience
- Excellent team motivator, manager and coordinator
- Able to work, lead and collaborate remotely
