Engineering Project Manager
West Sussex (hybrid working)
£55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and benefits
A number of Engineering Project Managers are wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role you will lead complex Engineering projects with clear communication, mitigating risks and ensure delivery-focused coordination across design, procurement, and product build.
Overview of the Engineering Project Manager role:
- Identify, assess, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to protect delivery commitments and enable timely decision-making.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
- Lead project delivery cadence for complex system design and build activities, ensuring work packages are clearly defined, prioritised, and progressed.
- Coordinate cross-functional design sprints and project reviews, capturing actions, decisions, risks, issues, and next steps.

Key skills required for the Engineering Project Manager role:
- Recognised engineering qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Recognised project management qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience managing complex engineering system design and delivery activities.
