At Müller, we’re looking for an engaging Project Manager to lead engineering capital projects that shape the future of our facilities. This role isn’t just about managing projects, it’s about partnering with site leadership to bring innovation to life. If you’re passionate about engineering and want to be part of something bigger, we want you on our team!

This role sits within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business unit, and you’ll be part of an established central engineering team operating across seven flagship locations, from Bellshill in Scotland to Bridgwater in Somerset. Our key hub sites are in Manchester and Droitwich. We have an exciting agenda in manufacturing and engineering, and as the business continues to grow, we’re delivering strong performance in health & safety, quality, and customer service.

  • Shape the Future: With a well-funded 5-year plan, the work you’ll lead is varied and exciting, providing the opportunity to drive transformative change in a dynamic environment.
  • Own the Process: Lead the entire capital project pipeline—from initial concept to project completion—while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Health, Safety & GMP: Ensure all projects are delivered with a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain the highest standards of quality across our sites.
  • Flexible Leadership: While your focus will be on specific sites, your expertise will also support our multi-site network, making you a key player across our business.
  • Drive Change: Embrace the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of the FMCG industry and lead projects that not only improve operations but also inspire continuous improvement and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
