Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire (hybrid: three days in our local office, two days remote, with UK-wide site visits)

Imagine leading a portfolio of cutting-edge renewable energy installations, where your technical acumen and decisive leadership ensure every project from contract award to handover runs safely, compliantly and on schedule. You thrive on the fast pace of concurrent delivery programmes and take pride in turning ambitious designs into reality, solving on-site challenges with confidence and precision.

Why this role

You will own the delivery of commercial-scale low-carbon energy projects across solar PV, biomass and heat-pump technology. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll manage multiple schemes simultaneously, direct subcontractors on site and maintain rigorous quality, safety and compliance standards. This hands-on position offers genuine autonomy: you’ll hit the ground running on day one and chart your own path towards a future leadership role as our delivery team expands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
