Location - Thetford
Salary - £58,000
Shift - 12 hour Days and Nights
Job Role of the Engineering Shift Team Leader
A strong opportunity has become available for a Engineering Shift Team Leader to join a respected, industry-leading manufacturing business with a reputation for excellence. The Engineering Shift Team Leader will benefit from working for a company recognised for quality and operational standards.
The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers on a day to day basis, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Engineering Qualification
- Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader
- Leadership or Supervisor Experience
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable for the Engineering Shift Team Leader
- Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor in the UK.
- Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
