Shifts
The successful candidate will need to be flexible working between Sunday night to Friday night. You will only work 4x10 hour shifts, but the days can change.
Role Description
- Managing our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring planned maintenance schedules are accurate and completed.
- Coordinating engineering maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
- Managing engineering spare parts, stock control and purchasing to ensure parts are available when needed while controlling costs.
- Monitoring engineering KPIs and producing regular performance reports.
- Investigating equipment failures, carrying out root cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting contractors, service providers and compliance activities, ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards.
- Assisting the Head of Engineering with engineering projects, maintenance planning and team coordination.
- Providing hands-on engineering support when required and acting as deputy for the Head of Engineering during periods of absence.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering systems.
- Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Experience managing engineering spare parts and maintenance schedules.
- The ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across the business.
