Position Summary

You’ll guide the engineering team, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the building runs smoothly and reliably at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience.
- Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and effective use of resources.
- Support project work, upgrades, and technical initiatives across the property.
- Grow, guide, support, lead the team
- Drive training programs and people development

- Experience supervising or mentoring a team.
