Content Guru are thrilled to be hosting a Graduate Assessment Day here in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire on August 11th, to find the best STEM graduates to join our Engineering Support team.

We are looking for STEM graduates with a genuine passion for technology to join our fantastic global Support team. As a Support Engineer, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to our customers from first call to resolution. Key responsibilities of the role...
- Maintaining ownership of incidents from the initial customer report to resolution.
- Prioritising and categorising faults promptly, escalating to other teams in the business where necessary.
- Delivering software or infrastructure updates.
- Following appropriate technical troubleshooting guidelines and techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Maintaining a commitment to keeping customers informed and building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
About you...
- Bachelors degree/equivalent in STEM or Computer Science related subject.
- Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people.
- Highly technically able.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good experience of delivering customer service.
- Great spoken and written communication skills.
