We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Engineering Apprentice.
Working within different departments, as an Engineering Apprentice, you will support our existing team, whilst working towards a Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Standards Apprenticeship.
As an Engineering Apprentice, you will support all production processes, whilst developing your own technical skillset. You will assist with technical support, production queries, identify and implement process improvements, and assist with standard operating procedures whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship builds the foundations for a successful career, offering broad exposure across different technical functions. You will work within our Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams and will gain valuable on the job experience and knowledge around electrical and electronic engineering.
The Apprenticeship Course will be led through Farnborough College of Technology and day release will be provided for this. You will receive full support and feel part of a team.
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in an engineering career with STI.
To attend the Level 3 course, you will need a minimum of GSCE Grade C / 4 in English and Maths.
