Engineering Surveying Opportunities
We have clients covering planning, designing, and constructing engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and commercial buildings all currently looking for talent across the UK.
The UK's engineering surveying sector benefits from a strong pipeline of infrastructure and construction work and is part of a geospatial industry worth at least £6 billion annually.

Our talent pool will offer experienced surveyors the opportunity to network with clients based across the UK, who are seeking top talent that are in high demand. Individuals will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and will need specific expertise in the following areas:
- Housing development
- Highways and rail projects
- Renewable energy
- Utilities
- Digital infrastructure
- Control Surveying
- Commercial construction
Qualifications and skills required
- Strong Communication skills, including clear report writing and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting survey data, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities in survey activities, coordinating resources, and meeting project deadlines
- Survey control experience, creating accurate reference frameworks
- Foundational knowledge of Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, digital or related engineering disciplines, to support technical understanding of infrastructure and construction projects
- Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Surveying, or a closely related field, and/or equivalent qualifications with time served experience
- Proficiency with surveying instruments and related software (e.g., total stations, GPS/GNSS, CAD and/or BIM tools)
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to attend client sites as required
