Join Shadforth, one of Queensland’s largest family-owned civil contractors with over 50 years in the industry. We deliver projects that shape communities – and we’re looking for a Survey Technician or Surveyor to join our growing team in Rockhampton.
Work across a variety of projects from subdivisions and infrastructure to community works and road construction. You’ll provide accurate survey data, support project teams, and play a key role in ensuring quality delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Undertake surveying and set-out tasks across a range of civil construction projects
- Operate modern survey equipment and software
- Manage survey data, calculations, and quality checks
- Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and project managers

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil or construction surveying
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident using survey instruments/software (Trimble, GPS, AutoCAD, 12D)
- A team player with a proactive attitude
