Job Title: Engineering Team Leader
Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £41,000 (OTE £50,000+)
Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)

Job Role of the Engineering Team Lead/Maintenance Planner

A great opportunity has come to market for a Engineering Team Lead/Maintenance Planner to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. Over the last few years, the company has seen some significant growth which has led to the introduction of new lines and new infrastructure. The company want to keep investing into both the site and engineers to keep up with the success and growth of the business.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Lead/Maintenance Planner

  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Maintenance Planning Experience
  • Engineering Qualification

Requirements for the Engineering Team Lead/Maintenance Planner

  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Planner in the UK.
  • Electrical or mechanical experience
