This Engineering Team Leader position is with a well-known FMCG manufacturing site near Boston that is investing heavily into automation, engineering improvements, and site modernisation.

The Engineering Team Leader Role

  • Leading and coordinating shift engineers
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Driving engineering standards and uptime
  • Prioritising breakdowns and engineering workload
  • Supporting apprentices and developing engineers
  • Working closely with production teams
  • Managing contractor activity on site
  • Supporting shutdowns and project work
  • Monitoring downtime and recurring faults
