Role Overview

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our engineering knowledge, processes, and compliance requirements are captured, structured, and communicated effectively across the business. You will work closely with engineers and specialists to create high-quality documentation that underpins regulatory compliance, training, and technical knowledge transfer.

You will play a vital role in supporting the design, build, delivery, and operation of our in-house industrial automation machines, ensuring that every machine is delivered with the correct technical documentation, compliance records, and supporting guides.

What you’ll be doing

Regulatory Compliance Documentation

  • Develop, maintain, and control documentation required for CE/UKCA marking and related standards.
  • Ensure compliance of our in-house industrial automation machines with The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations and relevant directives.
  • Support the definition of machine specifications and ensure compliance assessments are fully documented.

Knowledge Capture & Transfer

  • Create and maintain internal wiki content, design guides, SOPs, and standards to support consistency across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into clear, structured, and accessible documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
