Are you an English graduate looking to inspire pupils and support their literacy development? This English Academic Mentor opportunity in Hillingdon offers the chance to work within a secondary school environment supporting students with reading, writing and confidence in English.
Role Overview
This English Academic Mentor role is ideal for a graduate interested in teaching, English education or working with young people. The successful English Academic Mentor will support pupils through targeted interventions, reading support and small-group sessions designed to improve attainment.
The school recognises the importance of literacy in improving outcomes across the curriculum and provides structured support to help pupils develop essential skills.

- Duration: Full Academic Year
- Pay: £430 - £500 per week

Requirements for the Successful Candidate
- Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree in English or related subject

- Have a passion for English and education
