Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled English Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team
About the Role

As an Hourly Paid Lecturer, You Will
- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals
- Share your knowledge and real-world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding
- Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs

About You
We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:
- Proven experience in teaching English
- Strong knowledge of course syllabus, course specifications, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
- A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
- Confidence in delivering to a diverse range of learners
- Readiness to inspire learners to achieve their full potential
