About The Role

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join as an honorary paid lecturer in English.

As an hourly paid English Lecturer, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals
  • Share your knowledge and real-world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding
  • Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs

Requirements

Here’s what we’re looking for in a passionate and committed lecturer:

  • Proven experience in teaching English
  • Strong knowledge of course syllabus, course specifications, and quality assurance processes
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
  • Confidence in delivering to a diverse range of learners
  • A passion for inspiring students to achieve their full potential
