About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated and growing English team, delivering GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications to learners aged 16+. We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational teachers with strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. You will use your expertise, creativity and energy to design engaging lessons that motivate learners of all abilities, build confidence, and support them to develop essential skills, make meaningful progress and achieve their goals. As part of our committed department, you will contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality resources, innovative teaching approaches and a positive, inclusive culture that places the learner experience at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about improving outcomes for young people and confident in delivering high-quality English teaching. You will bring fresh ideas to the classroom, continuously enhancing the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, while supporting learners through effective planning, progress monitoring and personalised feedback. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping students achieve excellent outcomes, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to make a real difference in learners’ lives.
