About the Role

We are looking for an experienced English Teacher who is passionate about supporting children and young people aged 6–18. You will be joining a dedicated and experienced team within a school culture where children are respected, listened to, and actively involved in their learning journey. Our young people deserve stability, empathy, and educators who believe in them.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning through a flexible teaching model, using bespoke therapeutic and educational frameworks tailored to each individual student.
  • Conduct lessons in the classroom or within the community to support children unable to attend regular school settings.

Qualifications

  • NQTS or QTS registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (preferred)
  • Valid UK driving licence (for community-based teaching)
  • Right to Work in the UK

Required Skills

  • Strong written and IT skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and external agencies
  • A genuine passion for working within specialist or trauma-informed education
