£1,800-£3,300+ per month

Advance your teaching career internationally with structured teaching jobs in China. China Link ESL places graduates and experienced teachers into full-time positions with public schools, international schools, and language schools across China. Whether you're looking for your first teaching role abroad or are an experienced educator seeking a new opportunity, we can help match you with suitable schools based on your qualifications and experience. No previous teaching experience is required for many entry-level positions.

Established in 2008, we work directly with schools and operate strictly within official visa regulations. We provide full visa sponsorship and guide teachers step-by-step - from interview and contract stage through to arrival and settling in. Public school positions primarily follow an August intake, while language school opportunities are available throughout the year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
