The Role
As a teacher at Compass Community School, your primary responsibility is teaching children before teaching subjects. Central to this role is:
- Knowing the child—deep understanding and awareness of individual needs
- Building nurturing, professional, and positive relationships
- Motivating students to engage, exceed expectations, and achieve potential
