About the Role
A high-achieving, Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Wandsworth is looking for a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join their team for the September 2026 school year. This is a full-time, permanent position.

- Post: Teacher of English
- KS Teaching: KS3 – KS5
- Additional Responsibilities: TLR opportunity for further leadership (2iC or KS3 Lead)
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Start Date: September 2026
- Salary Range: MPS1 – UPS3 + TLR
- Location: Wandsworth, Inner London

Applicant Specification
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – or in the process of gaining it
- Strong academic background with:
- A degree, strong A-levels, and GCSEs
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Teaching excellence evidenced by:
- 'Good' or 'Outstanding' lesson observation placements/reports
- A self-motivated and feedback-responsive teacher
