🤑 Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £37,101 – £51,048 (MPS3–UPS3)
- Additional: ÂŁ2,787 SEN allowance

Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in supporting learners with additional needs or challenging behaviour
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and student success

About East Sussex Academy
From 1 September 2025, we’ll deliver Alternative Provision (AP) across East Sussex, supporting children who have been excluded from mainstream school or are at risk of exclusion. We aim to provide high-quality education for pupils who have faced challenging experiences and need extra encouragement.
