Enrichment Officer – Impact Behind the Scenes

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College (CCC) is seeking a skilled Enrichment Officer to support and drive key operational functions, shaping the future of education in the heart of London.
About The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver broad learner enrichment provision across a wide range of opportunities.
- Ensure the overall wellbeing, engagement, and success of students.
- Focus on securing and delivering high-quality enrichment initiatives, including:
- Networking and relationship-building with curriculum departments and external agencies.
- Coordinating initiatives to develop learner skills, wellbeing, and career-readiness.
- Supporting students in exploring interests and securing progression opportunities.
- Directly engage with learners in enrichment activities while collaborating with existing teams.
Extra responsibilities include:
- Working with partners outside the college to meet learner development needs.

About You
We’re looking for a dedicated, reliable individual who’s passionate about supporting learners. Ideally: ✔ Strong organisational skills to manage even the busiest workloads. ✔ Clear, professional communication with colleagues and students. ✔ A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt. ✖ Past experience in a support role within education is desirable, but not essential.
Most importantly: you’ll be motivated to elevate our college community and drive meaningful student outcomes.
