About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, your focus will be to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents to meet their daily care needs, whilst ensuring they are empowered to do as much as they can for themselves.
Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:
- Provide care according to the care plan, professional standards, policies and procedures
- Accurately collect, interpret, utilise, monitor and report information regarding the health and functional status of residents to achieve their health goals and outcomes
- Develop, monitor and maintain a plan of care in collaboration with the RN, health care team and resident or medical treatment decision make
- Day shifts available as below:
Week 1
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 7am to 3pm

Week 2
Thursday and Friday 7am to 3pm
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement
- Experience assessing Aged Care Residents and formulating Care Plans
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees and volunteers
- Interpersonal skills, patience, common sense and a strong ethos of client service
- Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated
- Proficiency utilising information technology, with well-developed computer skills including MS Office
- Availability to work the days and shifts listed above
