The Role

Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator who thrives on systems and structure? Do you have experience in the apprenticeship sector or simply love making processes run smoothly? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a national apprenticeship provider, holding an Ofsted good rating, part of the United Learning Group, supporting over 100 schools, and our team is expanding! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative environment where your precision, organisation, and systematic approach will make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records across key systems
  • Support apprenticeship-related processes (compliance, tracking, reporting)
  • Keep workflows organised and running efficiently
  • Work closely with a supportive team to deliver excellent service

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an administrative role (apprenticeship experience is a plus)
  • A highly organised, methodical approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with systems, data, and processes
  • An engaging and friendly approachable manner
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
