Enrolment Specialist
- Salary: From £25,300 basic, up to £37,950 OTE (incentives based on KPI performance)
- Location: Hybrid role — at least 3 days per week in the Hammersmith office
- Commission: Targets and commission to reach OTE may change but are designed to be achievable (reviewed monthly)
- Hours: Flexible availability, including Saturdays and weekdays between 8am–8pm
- Growth: Development opportunities, with the potential to become a team lead within 12 weeks based on performance and program success
What You’ll Do as a Enrolment Specialist
Role
As one of Doccla’s first human touchpoints in the proactive care patient journey, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping people feel confident, reassured and supported as they begin Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). In this role, you will:
- Call and engage with eligible patients and explain how this (free) remote monitoring service can help improve their health and daily quality of life, making the first interaction positive & motivating.
- Build trust and confidence by explaining the benefits of Doccla’s service, addressing concerns around technology, and dispelling fears about scams or complexity.
- Guide patients through the onboarding process, ensuring they:
- Log into the platform
- Provide consent
- Complete the initial questionnaire
- Receive their Doccla kit
- Submit their first baseline monitoring questionnaire
- Prevent churn by handling conversations with patients who are considering leaving the program, identifying the reasons, addressing concerns where appropriate, and working to support their continued engagement.
- Use Doccla tools (Zendesk/doccla platform) to log and track every interaction, ensuring consistency and strong quality control.
- Follow structured workflows, scripts and best practices provided by commercial, clinical and patient-support teams.
- Work as part of a hybrid “Care Room” team based in the Hammersmith office, collaborating with full-time staff, contractors and agency partners.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously refine patient engagement skills.
- Contribute to a high-performance environment, with results displayed in a team leaderboard.
- Be flexible and assist other teams such as the patient support team where needed

Exceptional Communication & Empathy
- Fluent in english
- Ability to reassure hesitant or anxious patients
- A warm, patient and motivating style

- Comfortable making high call volumes
- Able to persist respectfully when patients need reassurance or multiple follow-ups
Organisational Strength
- Strong record-keeping and ability to follow structured workflows
- Comfortable using systems like Zendesk or similar tools
Tech-Comfortable Mindset
- Ability to guide less tech-confident patients step-by-step
- Confidence navigating software, patient portals and call scripts
Team-Oriented Approach
- Willingness to collaborate with a blended team of full-time staff and contractors
- Openness to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement

We’re a hybrid team, with offices in London, Denmark, Germany, and Stockholm. Most of our team is London-based and enjoys in-person time at our WeWork HQ 1–3 days per week, where you’ll find great lunch, barista coffee, and a pet-friendly space. Some roles are fully remote, depending on the team and responsibilities.
