East Coast College are looking for a number of Enrolment Support Assistants to provide vital support to both staff and students during one of our busiest times of the year.
Roles Available
- Customer Service - Welcoming students and creating badges
- Data Entry - inputting enrolment and course information
Please note that these roles are offered on a permanent contract and the hours are variable. Hours will be offered based on your availability and the needs of the Enrolment process. You must be available from 10th August until the end of August/beginning of September.
Whether they’re a new student, or a current ECC student progressing to the next level, your work completed during enrolment will ensure that students are given the best start to their course and studies.

East Coast College require all staff to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and be able to evidence this.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced DBS check with barred list.
