🧑⚕️ Enrolment Team Leader
About the Role
As the Enrolment Team Leader, you’ll build and lead a high-performance department responsible for the critical first stage of the patient journey: recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage a team of up to 10 Enrolment Specialists who proactively contact eligible patients, explain the benefits of Doccla’s proactive care, and convert them into active service users.
- Drive a new department; you’ll identify patient hesitation (refusals), challenge existing workflows, and provide senior management with actionable, ground-level insights to scale success.
Schedule & Location
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with potential adjustments as services expand, including one Saturday per month for flexibility).
- Remote-first, with occasional travel to the London office for in-house collaboration.
Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Lead a highly effective team responsible for recruitment, adoption, and patient onboarding:
- Coordinate active outreach to eligible patients.
- Align incentives to ensure engagement.
- Oversee the full onboarding flow: consent, platform login, and baseline questionnaires.

Transform objections into conversions:
- Analyse refusal trends.
- Coax and challenge the team to master objection-handling and overturn patient hesitations.

Drive continuous improvement:
- Identify and document barriers to enrolment.
- Streamline the "path to adoption" beyond standard methodologies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise workflows.

Uphold compliance and effectiveness:
- Ensure knowledge alignment with regulatory compliance and ensuring quality.
- Provide detailed, transparent performance reports to management (conversion rates, barriers, efficiency improvements).

Develop and retain talent:
- Actively onboard and mentor new team members.
- Train specialists via "side-by-side" coaching for patient engagement, empathy, and resilience.
- Address churn conversations to reduce patient attrition.

Champion and sustain high performance:
- Track internal team rankings against KPIs.
- Coach teams to surpass targets through team leadergoverned challenges.
✅ Required Experience & Competencies
- Leadership:
- 8–10 people in a target-driven recruitment, sales, or adoption environment (proven success in management roles).
- "Builder" Mindset:
- Comfortable in a new department and prepared to innovate beyond status quo processes.
- Persuasive Communication:
- Expertise in building patient trust, mitigating concerns (e.g., scams, technology anxiety).
- Coaching skills to resolve problems at all team-levels.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proactive, with a philanthropic, numbers-driven focus on revealing trends that impact user flow efficiency and roadblocks.
- Technological Comfort:
- Proficient with Zendesk, Doccla platform tools, and easily adaptable to evolving tech.
