✅ Eligibility Criteria Applicants must have:
- Minimum 3+ years' Consultant-level experience (CCT, American Boards, Australia, South Africa, Canada, EU, New Zealand)
- Demonstrated expertise in head & neck surgery
- Strong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
