Affiliates are one of the most powerful levers in TikTok Shop—and as Head of Affiliates, you will own this function end-to-end. You will define how we recruit, manage and scale creator relationships across our client portfolio, build the strategies that connect the right creators to the right products at the right moments, and lead a team that delivers measurable GMV impact.

- Build deep partnerships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce, and commercial functions
- Navigate complex internal structures across brand teams, regional leads, procurement, legal, and finance with confidence and clarity
- Act as the strategic partner clients turn to for big questions, difficult decisions, or new opportunities
- Protect and grow revenue across your portfolio through exceptional delivery and trusted relationships
Strategic Planning & Commercial Growth
- Own the TikTok Shop strategy for your enterprise accounts (market-by-market, brand-by-brand)
- Build multi-quarter growth plans that integrate paid, affiliate, live commerce, and content into a single commercial roadmap
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new markets, product lines, channels)
- Lead global-to-local strategy work—translating brand positioning into TikTok-native approaches performing across the UK, US, and EU
- Partner with senior leadership at Somerce to shape how we approach and retain enterprise accounts

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
