About the Role
The Enterprise Account Director will lead the strategic development of a major global multi-sector client, ensuring TechNET is positioned as a trusted partner for both recruitment and outcome-based workforce solutions. This role will focus on deepening client relationships, expanding TechNET’s footprint across business units and identifying opportunities for both traditional recruitment and SOW-based delivery models. The successful candidate will understand how organisations consume technology talent through contract recruitment, project delivery and statement-of-work engagements, enabling them to shape solutions aligned to client outcomes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Client Engagement
- Own and develop relationships with key stakeholders across a global enterprise client.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, programme leaders and procurement teams.
- Position TechNET as a strategic talent and workforce solutions partner.

Account Development and Penetration
- Identify opportunities to expand TechNET’s services across departments, projects and geographies.
- Develop account strategies to grow revenue and long-term client value.
- Increase adoption of TechNET services across the organisation.
SOW and Outcome-Based Delivery
- Engage with clients around statement-of-work and outcome-based hiring models.
- Identify opportunities for project-based delivery, managed services or outcome-led engagements.
- Work with internal teams to structure and deliver scalable solutions aligned to client outcomes.
- Understand commercial frameworks and governance involved in SOW engagements.
Consultative Talent Solutions
- Provide insight into market trends, talent availability and workforce strategies.
- Help clients shape hiring strategies aligned to transformation programmes.
- Support delivery teams in executing complex hiring campaigns.
Commercial and Operational Leadership
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion.
- Ensure delivery excellence across recruitment and project engagements.
- Maintain strong commercial governance across client engagements.

Experience
- Background in technology recruitment, consulting or workforce solutions.
- Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise client relationships.
- Strong understanding of contract recruitment and project-based hiring.
- Experience working with Statement of Work (SOW) or outcome-based delivery models.
- Exposure to enterprise procurement environments and workforce frameworks is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Strong commercial awareness and account development capability.
- Ability to operate strategically with senior client stakeholders.
- Consultative approach to workforce solutions and talent strategy.
- Comfortable working across recruitment delivery and project-based engagements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise technology hiring and transformation programmes.
- Collaborative recruitment team and strong delivery capability.
