Enterprise Account Director (Partner Company – UK-Based)

This strategic enterprise sales role is based in the United Kingdom, managed by a partner company. The position focuses on driving impactful growth through large-scale enterprise engagements across key European markets.

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify and develop complex enterprise opportunities
  • Establish long-term executive relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Grow Enterprise Portfolio:
    • Identify and develop high-value enterprise clients across Europe

  • Pipeline & Relationship Management:

    • Drive SAAS, networking, cloud, or infrastructure solutions
    • Engage in proactive prospecting, strategic networking, and consultative sales
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Work with MSPs and alliances to accelerate new enterprise opportunities
    • Shape VERTICAL strategies while supporting product and commercial alignment
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Align solutions with customer challenges (performance, reliability, observability)
    • Create repeatable playbooks for target high-impact sectors (e.g., finance, telecoms)

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
    • Proven track record selling SaaS, cloud, or networking solutions
    • Strong history in cross-Europe accounts (DACH, UK, Nordics, CEE)
