Enterprise Account Director, UK & Europe

Overview

The architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is entering a major technology transition.

For decades, compliance checking, coordination, and project workflows have relied on rule-based software built around hard-coded logic. A new generation of AI-native platforms is now changing how firms manage regulations, organisational knowledge, and project intelligence.

Tektome is building that next generation.

Our products are already in production at major Japanese AEC firms, and our UK operation is now expanding. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to lead commercial growth across the UK and Europe during a defining stage of the company’s development.

This is a strategic enterprise sales role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining company within one of the world’s largest industries.

About Tektome

Tektome develops AI-native software for the AEC industry.

Our Platform Includes

AI BIM Checker — AI-driven compliance and design review ReqManager — regulation and requirement management KnowledgeBuilder — organisational knowledge structuring and retrieval

Together, these products form a multi-intelligence platform designed for the future of architecture, engineering, and construction workflows.

We believe the next generation of AEC software will be built AI-first, not adapted from legacy systems.

The Role

As Enterprise Account Director for the UK and Europe, you will lead enterprise commercial engagements across the region, working directly with architecture firms, engineering consultancies, contractors, and developer-builders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
