About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About The Role

This is not a “run the playbook” sales role.

We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in complex, high-value sales environments and knows how to build pipeline through both strategy and relationships. You’ll own the full deal lifecycle, from first conversation through to close, while driving new business with some of the most impactful organisations globally.

This role is well-suited to someone who combines a strong commercial instinct with a thoughtful, consultative approach. You’re comfortable opening doors, leading with insight, and guiding senior stakeholders through meaningful, high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, across a defined set of Enterprise accounts.
  • Build and convert a high-quality pipeline through a blend of outbound and inbound activity.
  • Identify and engage high-value target accounts using structured, account-based approaches.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Fundraise Up by linking our platform to measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead consultative discovery processes to uncover and understand customer needs in depth.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
  • Manage complex, multi-threaded deals involving multiple stakeholders, partners, and agencies.
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including RFPs and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across large, sophisticated organisations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Partnerships to generate new pipeline opportunities.
  • Contribute insights to help shape outbound and business development strategy.
  • Confidently lead both virtual and in-person meetings, combining strong product knowledge with clear, compelling communication.
  • Consistently deliver against, and exceed, revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
