Enterprise Account Executive

OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid - this role requires 2 days per week in our London office, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
YOUR ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will lead the acquisition of Enterprise customers across the UK, playing a pivotal role in Cognism’s growth in the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Solving commercial challenges by delivering value to prospects
- Collaborating cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets
- Operating within a high-growth SaaS environment
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Own Your Territory: Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategy for your Enterprise territory, working with Sales Development (SDR) to identify, engage, and convert prospects into high-potential revenue.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Lead full-cycle sales, from outbound prospecting and strategy to tailored demos and contract negotiation, aiming to consistently surpass mid-market targets.
- Strengthen Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive revenue impact.
- Coachability & Growth Mindset: Actively shadow peers, seek feedback, and contribute to a learning-first culture, raising performance standards together.
- Own Forecasting: Provide accurate pipeline insights to support sales leadership in achieving clear, data-driven planning goals.

OUR EXPECTATIONS
For the role, we seek candidates with:

Proven SaaS Sales Performance:
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying AE experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets.

Gravitas & Presentation Skills:
- Confident communicator able to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels with strong storytelling abilities.

Agile in a Scale-Up:
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
- Excitement for continuous growth and evolution.
