Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird’s UK growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year SaaS contract.
You'll:
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline
- Navigate complex procurement environments
- Work closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders
- Shape deals that deliver measurable outcomes
You'll also play a key role in expanding existing accounts and providing real market intelligence to product and GTM teams.
This role suits someone who:
- Thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to clinician problems
- Is comfortable leading a boardroom conversation with a CIO and still diving deep with clinical informatics teams
- Builds long-term relationships
- Maintains a rigorous pipeline
- Wants to sell something that actually matters
We're looking to hire two (2x) Account Executives to grow and build Lyrebird's presence in the Midlands and the North. This is remote role, with extensive travel involved.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
