Trusted by 95% of Fortune 500 companies, the business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative content creation technology, with continued investment in product development, including AI-powered capabilities.
They are now seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across a range of industries, engaging with HR and Learning & Development leaders. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, the successful candidate will be supported by an established SDR team, providing a strong platform for success. This is a hybrid opportunity based in London, offering three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through proactive outbound sales activity and lead generation
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
- Build relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
- Work closely with internal teams to support business development and sales initiatives
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle within a SaaS environment
- Enterprise sales experience is desirable, although strong Mid-Market Account Executives looking to step into an enterprise role would also be considered
- Experience selling to L&D and HR stakeholders is beneficial
- Able to commute to the London office three days per week
Enterprise Account Executive Package
- Up to £90,000 base salary
- OTE: x2
- Hybrid working
- Cycle to work scheme
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
