We are now expanding into large, complex financial services organisations and are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to lead that growth.
The Role
We are looking for a senior, commercially ambitious Enterprise Account Executive who understands how to sell technology into Tier 1 financial institutions.
You will own strategic opportunities across major banks, insurers, wealth managers and other large financial services organisations, taking deals from initial engagement through discovery, solution design, procurement and close.
This is not a high-volume transactional sales role.
You will be expected to navigate complex organisations, build relationships with senior stakeholders, develop compelling business cases and coordinate internal resources across product, solutions and leadership to win significant enterprise contracts.
You will play an important role in shaping SalesAPE’s financial services proposition as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own a pipeline of strategic Tier 1 financial services accounts.
- Develop relationships with senior commercial, digital, operations and technology stakeholders.
- Identify high-value use cases for AI across customer acquisition, lead management, servicing and revenue operations.
- Run sophisticated discovery processes and translate customer challenges into compelling commercial propositions.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving security, compliance, legal, procurement and technology teams.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across target organisations.
- Work closely with SalesAPE’s solutions, product and engineering teams to design enterprise solutions.
- Create clear ROI and business cases for deploying AI at scale.
- Manage opportunities through long and complex sales cycles.
- Negotiate and close significant enterprise contracts.
- Help shape SalesAPE’s go-to-market strategy for the financial services sector.

What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have:
- A strong track record selling enterprise SaaS, AI or technology solutions into major financial institutions.
- Direct experience selling into named Tier 1 banks or similarly complex financial services organisations.
- Experience personally owning and closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- The ability to navigate organisations across business, technology, security, procurement and compliance.
- Experience selling transformational or strategic technology rather than simple point solutions.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to build credible ROI cases.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
- A consultative, intellectually curious approach to enterprise sales.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

The Ideal Profile
We are particularly interested in people who have sold:
- Enterprise SaaS or AI platforms into T1 Banks
- Customer experience, conversational AI or automation technology.
- CRM, data, workflow or revenue technology.
- Fintech infrastructure or financial services software.
- Complex technology solutions requiring integration into enterprise systems.
The strongest candidates will combine an established financial services network with the ability to create new opportunities rather than relying solely on an existing rolodex.
